A young filmmaker from Guimbal, Iloilo, he began his journey in 2015 as a production designer for Dalook Films. By 2017, he had expanded his role as a story and concept writer and assistant director, eventually stepping into directing in 2022. His films have earned multiple accolades—including Best Film, Best Story, and Best Director—at the Bantayan Film Festival over the past 11 years. His work has also been featured in FDC Sine Isla: LuzViminda, Facine 30, Cinemapadayon, and Cinema Rehiyon. Among his recent films are Huni Kang Pungaw (2022), Sa Dalipi Aru-on (2023), and Kang Ginpalupad ko ang Isda (2024).
